How we do it
It’s pretty simple. We stay abreast of what’s on offer. We fly, drive, visit, stay, eat, at all the places we review. We do not give advanced notice that we will be reviewing. Why? Because we want to give an accurate review and this means not receiving special treatment. In the trade this is known as “Mystery shopping” or “Mystery Consumer”. It’s a very effective tool used by market research companies to measure quality of service. And yes we abide by a code of ethics.
All photographic images that appear on the site are taken by our Holidaytips staff during the visit. We endeavor to present the places we review in the best light and believe that people want to see accurate representations of holiday venues.
